Description: This position will provide intensive school based therapy for young children and families. Knowledge of family and community systems required. Two or more years of experience in counseling or other related field.

Location: New Castle, Kent, Sussex Counties

Status: Full Time

Description: This program employs an innovative family systems model, Eco-Systemic Structural. The “Youth Empowerment Trauma Resiliency Teams” provide intensive, team delivered, community and home-based interventions to a multi-cultural population of youth ages 12-18, their families’ and/or significant supports residing in Delaware's Kent and Sussex Counties.

Requirements: This is an intensive and challenging position which requires a Master’s degree in a clinical discipline, great organizational skills, great writing and assessment skills, flexibility, non-traditional work hours, enthusiasm, a “what-ever it takes” attitude, creative methods of engagement and excellent interpersonal skills.
